These terms of service govern your use of HVAC Depot services and outline the conditions of our service agreements.

Service Agreement

By requesting or accepting services from HVAC Depot, you agree to these terms. Our services include:

  • HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance
  • Emergency service calls
  • System inspections and diagnostics
  • Indoor air quality solutions

Service Authorization

You authorize HVAC Depot to perform the agreed-upon services at your property. You confirm that you have the authority to approve work at the service location.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to areas requiring service. Our technicians may decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Payment Terms

Payment policies and procedures:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved financing
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days
  • Additional work discovered during service requires separate authorization
  • Returned check fee: $35
  • Late payment fee: 1.5% per month on outstanding balances

Warranty Information

Labor Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on all labor performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and service.

Parts Warranty

Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature
  • Modifications by others
  • Failure to maintain equipment
  • Normal wear and tear

Limitations of Liability

HVAC Depot's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or profits
  • Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing conditions

Dispute Resolution

We strive for customer satisfaction. If disputes arise:

  1. Contact our customer service team first
  2. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  3. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
  4. Legal action must be filed within one year of service

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Current terms are available on our website and apply to all services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any legal action must be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona.
